Welcome to LIGHTHOUSE Bouncy Castle Hire, providing only the best for your occasions.
We are part of Lighthouse Community Centre in Liskeard and all our hire profits go back into the amazing work we do at the centre, so when you hire from us you are helping us to help our community.
We pride ourselves on providing affordable, up to date, clean and safe inflatables for all occasions.
All our equipment is checked and cleaned regularly. We have the appropriate public liability insurance that covers all our inflatables and additional products. All our equipment is safety and PAT tested annually.
We are also proudly RPII (register of play inflatables international) “Operator and Attendant of Children’s Inflatable Play Equipment” qualified therefore we follow a strict code of conduct and follow all the relevant guidelines.

We have a good variety of inflatables and equipment to suit toddlers through to adults, check our range for more information. We supply inflatables for all age parties, weddings, school events, charity events and public events on a percentage basis or an agreed price.

Hire
All our prices include delivery (within a 10 mile radius of Liskeard, we charge thereafter) set up and collection by us. These prices are a flat rate whether you have it for a whole day or a few hours. There are two options of hire.
1. We hire the equipment to you, set up safely and leave (disclaimer signed)
2. We staff the castle. Often the option for school events, public events and sometimes weddings. PLEASE NOTE A CHARGE FOR OUR TIME WILL BE REQUIRED.
Delivery
There is no charge for delivery in Liskeard and up to 10miles. We cover other areas but there is an extra delivery charge, contact us to discuss.
Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel any booking OUTSIDE if the weather conditions are unsuitable on the day. We do aim to give 24 hours’ notice prior.
Weather Policy
Our weather policy is if wind gusts are above 24MPH or heavy rain showers forecast we would cancel at no charge to you within 24 hours’ notice, sometimes later if agreed.
If it’s been heavy rain the week leading up to your booking the ground would be soggy therefore the castle would not be pegged down securely so that would be a cancellation also. We also reserve the right to refuse to set up a booking on the day if there is not clear access for us or our equipment, the ground is not reasonably flat or it is not clear from dog mess, sharp objects, garden furniture, fences or where we think the inflatable will not be safe to use.
Adequate space must be available for the inflatable, including around the outside, we suggest 1.8m from walled sides and 2.4m from open sides however please call us to discuss if this is not an option. All sizes can be found on individual item details. Outside bookings preferably placed and secured on a grassed area, any other type of ground please contact us or let us know on the enquiry form.
Booking
To make a booking please take a look at our stock and complete an enquiry form which will have a series of questions to enable us to provide you with the best possible service. We will get back to you as soon as we can. For all our hires we require either an upfront payment or a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your booking. However, for outdoor hires this is refundable if cancelled due to bad weather. All hirers receive a hire contract which needs to be signed upon delivery. We are also charging an additional £5 at the moment for COVID cleaning. We remind hirers to adhere to the latest COVID 19 guidelines when hiring a castle.
Face Paints and Glitter
We prefer to not have glitter and face paints on any of our castles and mats as it requires additional cleaning. If this is essential to your party please get in touch with us.
There will be a £20 cleaning charge for hires which result in our equipment needing additional cleaning due to face paints or glitter.
