ABOUT US

We are a friendly community gym set up to make your experience welcoming, fun and enjoyable.  Our gym is equipped with a great range of kit suited to all ages, ability and fitness goals. We have resistance and cardio machines and a free weights area.  We also offer fitness classes throughout the month so whether you're new to the gym, wanting to work in a group environment or looking to switch up your workout routine, we've got you covered.

MEMBERSHIP

 

 

• £10 PER MONTH FOR SERVICE USERS 18+

 

• £15 PER MONTH FOR GENERAL MEMBERSHIP 18+

(Membership includes induction with our qualified instructor, online booking calendar to book your gym sessions and classes, plans and goals which can be tailored to your individual needs if required, one free class per month, on hand Gym Instructor for any help, support, advice, tips, plans, goals etc.)
